CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

  • • We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent. If we become aware of such information being collected inadvertently, steps are taken to promptly delete it in compliance with PDPA regulations.

EMERGENCY SERVICES END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

  • • The App provides emergency call services for fire handling support, medical assistance, and security officer support to residents. All of the emergency call services will be handled by the security via the J.City Admin App.
  • • J.City shall comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) with regard to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data obtained through the use of the App. J.City shall take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data collected and processed by the App.
  • • J.City does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the emergency call services provided through the App. You acknowledge that the use of emergency call services through the App is subject to the availability and responsiveness of security officers via the J.City Admin App. d. In the event of an emergency, it is strongly advised to contact emergency services directly through appropriate channels in addition to using the emergency call services provided by the App.
  • • The App does not collect approximate or precise user device location data. However, security personnel, through the Admin App, may access information regarding the location of the emergency within J.City properties using coordinates and location data stored in the J.City database to facilitate emergency response.
  • • Security personnel also have access to user' phone numbers, enabling communication outside of the App for further assistance or coordination, as needed.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

  • • Any updates or changes to our Privacy Policy are communicated transparently to users, providing sufficient notice and explanation for the amendments in accordance with PDPA requirements.
